Eclectic, Spastic, Weird, and Fantastic

Firmly opposed to long walks on the beach at sunset, we prefer vigorous hikes with generous glasses of pinot noir at the end. Creative and spastic with a love for structure, makes our team fun to work with and easy to rely on. That means making deadlines, no matter how punchy we get doing it.

Eclectic, spastic, weird, and fantastic; these are the adjectives that we prefer. But you let us know what works for you. We know lots of words. We use them every day.

Ian Young

Beginning in technical documentation and games in the UK, Ian Young rode the dot.com tidal wave to the U.S. in 1999 to follow his gaming wanderlust. A fledgling associate producer for motorbike games gave him a fresh prospective on just how long the hours can be in Silicon Valley. His passion for game strategies led him across multiple media platforms, from mobile game concepts, to console games, to online, interactive educational games. Driven towards the technical challenge lately he works more with software development teams and writers to create technical help and user guides. Always looking for new things, his experience with DITA has lead him to a whole new perspective on content strategy and innovation. Never to be declared one-dimensional, his photography is a constant, flourishing hobby-turned-profession that allows his creative side to flourish with the geek deep inside.
